Another Climatequiddick roundup

Heh:

Aren’t you glad, now, that the moron cowboy saw through it and was smart enough to keep us out of the unworkable and failed Kyoto treaty, despite worldwide pressure and ceaseless hysteria from the moronic press and joy-sucking “green business experts”?

I am.

This is pretty big news, right? So look what all three networks led with, tonight

Three guesses as to what said networks led with. Hint: it involved no mention of the hacked CRU emails.

This is becoming one of those “silence is deafening” sort of moments. “Green science” has more or less been outed as one colossal fraud perpetrated by political activists under the guise of legitimate research; media outlets that have served as sounding boards for green fearmongering have responded by simply dropping any mention of environmental issues.

Not entirely, granted; there was a story in the complementary hotel newspaper this morning about clean coal burning (something about piping carbon dioxide into underground repositories). But by and large, the media (especially) have simply shifted focus.

Hacked CRU emails? Fraudulent practices by leading “climate scientists?” Whatever are you talking about? Here…wouldn’t you like to hear a story about cervical cancer instead?

Oops…guess you won’t be needing those three guesses, good reader.

Also:

My prediction, as I said earlier: Within ten days to a month, we’re going to hear that Global Warming has “stalled” thanks to “the global recession and measures we have already taken to save the planet.”

Which you shouldn’t believe for a minute if you do hear it. But the good reader is smart enough to have realized as much already.
