Why there are no discrete theistic proofs
James Chastek’s note-taking blog posts are often just excellent reads, and this one is no exception. In it, he notes — contra the absurd and irrational demands of far too many atheists for discrete proofs of the existence of God — that classical theistic proofs are always components of a larger discourse, serving as either the climax or groundwork for larger discussions about nature, spirituality, or reason.
Heady thought.
