Pic of the Day #1019
One of a series of pictures taken at 100+ 2004, an Edmonton-area Scout Camp held in October of 2004, near Devon, Alberta.
This was supposed to be the tent we slept in, incidentally. It became, instead, the warming tent (a.k.a. the "Scout thawing" tent). Grace, thankfully, had volunteered to serve as our "camp nurse," and so was able to provide comfort and care to chilled Scouts.
If there was one kind of photography that the PowerShot A70 really seemed like it was truly made for, it was outdoor photography in winter; the camera was just in its glory when there was snow on the ground.
