Every so often, I reflect that pictures such as this would be substantially more awesome if I could actually get onto the roof of the building and shoot from there. But having said that, it’s not like I’m particularly disappointed with this shot.
I discovered an empty office on the opposite end of the building, which I think offers the better view, so expect to see more from this angle in the future.
Also, I’ve re-thought the shadow I apply around the frame border in Photoshop, and I think I like this effect a little better. Some colour touch-ups were done in Lightroom, particularly to the blues and yellows (increased saturation for the former, desaturation for the latter).
