School by blacks, for blacks, opens in Toronto
How is this different from segregation, again?
Apparently, this initiative is supposed to help reduce the massive number of problems afflicting the predominantly black communities in and near central Toronto. Maybe it will. Or maybe this is just the double-aught version of residential schools, and maybe it will do nothing to reduce the crime rates, drop-out rates, single-parenthood rates, and drug use rates in those communities.
