I can see I’m not the only one who likes to take pictures of the sunset.
That footbridge is on the underside of the Dudley C. Menzies LRT bridge, and it’s actually kind of fun to walk across when there are lots of other people also attempting to cross it — Canada Day celebrations are a good time for this. The footbridge is not actually static — it is allowed to sway both in the breezes that come sweeping down the river valley and to compensate for the percussion of heavy pedestrian traffic. And when there are a lot of people on the bridge, it tends to sway a fair bit, enough to shift you off-step to the left or right if you are not attentive to your own sense of balance.
This was another ISO 100 shot, and I wound up cropping it a bit in Lightroom to get rid of some superfluous detail around the edges.
